Where should we begin?

With an introduction, of course. It’s nice to meet you.

I built this practice because I have seen, time and again, that a person-centered perspective produces results. In therapy, this means that I trust your expertise in the experience of your own life. In business, this means a true recognition of the actual—and often irrational—behaviors of one’s audience and the incentives of their stakeholders. My brand of “social work” is likely different from how you might understand the profession.

While I’ve spent a decade working with behavior, first in “big tech” and later in labs, nonprofits, and health clinics, I am a student first. Continuing education, case studies, hundreds of hours in meditation, books and creative arts; while these might seem worlds apart, all continue to reinforce that, under the surface, most people undervalue (or altogether neglect) how they actually feel, and how they actually behave: with decision-making borne of bias, traumatic mental models, and toward paths of least resistance. My work affords a guided opportunity to become curious about you in order to bring about transformative change. Said differently: to become a student of oneself.
